Sports Officer

The Job

The Sports Officer will manage the elite sports teams of the Association. These include, but are not limited to, providing support to all matters relevant to the development of elite sports, including training, selection, competition, coach recruitment and education; maintaining regular update of athletes’ database; and maintaining close collaborations with all relevant bodies.

 

The Requirements

The successful candidate should process a university degree in sports or its equivalent; a minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience; good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; good interpersonal and communication skills; and high level of computer literacy; knowledge of disability sport is an added advantage.

 

Notes:

The appointee may be required to perform duties at different sites (including mainland and overseas) and work irregular hours, shifts and on Saturdays and Sundays; the appointee is requested to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check.
