Admin & Accounting Assistant (one-year contract renewable)

Duties

-           Prepare full set of accounts and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements;

-           Responsible for daily accounting duties including cheque issue, vouchers preparation, and bank

            reconciliation, etc.

-           Handle data entry and documents filing

-           Assist annual audit and taxation matters

-           Perform other clerical support for the accounting and administration team

-           Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

-           Diploma or above in Accounting with LCC&I higher preferred

-           Minimum 1-year accounting experience

-           PC and MS Office skills

-           Responsible, reliable, and pleasant personality

-           Knowledge in Peachtree is an advantage

 

Salary is commensurate with qualification and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave & medical insurance.
