本會游泳運動員許家俊及陳睿琳當選2018年第一季運動燃希望基金傑出青少年運動員

傑出青少年運動員選舉由香港體育學院(體院)主辦,於2012年起得到運動燃希望基金贊助,以季度形式表揚本地19歲以下青少年運動員的傑出運動成績。「運動燃希望基金傑出青少年運動員選舉 2018」第一季頒獎典禮於 2018 年6 月 11日假體院舉行,本會游泳運動員許家俊及陳睿琳獲頒傑出青少年運動員獎項,以表揚其卓越成績。
 
許家俊在哥本哈根2018世界殘疾人游泳系列賽的男子100米背泳項目以時間1:03.73獲得綜合殘障公開組組別第三名。
 
首次獲獎的陳睿琳於哥本哈根2018世界殘疾人游泳系列賽的女子100米蝶泳項目勇奪綜合殘障公開組的第二名,並以時間1:10.01刷新個人最佳成績以及香港智障組別的紀錄。
 
 
Organised by the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) and sponsored by the Sports for Hope Foundation since 2012, the Outstanding Junior Athlete Awards (OJAA) recognises the achievements of outstanding local junior athletes under the age of 19 on a quarterly basis. The 1st Quarter Prize Presentation Ceremony of OJAA 2018 was held at HKSI on 11 June 2018. Our athletes HUI Ka Chun and CHAN Yui Lam were awarded in recognition of their excellent performance in the quarter.
 
HUI Ka Chun achieved 3rd in Men’s 100m Backstroke (Multi-Disability Open Age Group) with record of time 1:03.73 in the Copenhagen 2018 World Para Swimming World Series.
 
CHAN Yui Lam achieved 2nd in Women’s 100m Butterfly (Multi-Disability Open Age Group) with record of time 1:10.01 in the Copenhagen 2018 World Para Swimming World Series, which refreshed both her personal best record and Women’s 100m Butterfly record of people with intellectual disability in Hong Kong.
