傑出青少年運動員選舉由體院主辦，善德基金會冠名贊助、運動燃希望基金贊助，中國香港體育協會暨奧林匹克委員會及香港體育記者協會鼎力支持的傑出青少年運動員選舉，以季度形式表揚本地19歲以下青少年運動員的傑出運動成績。善德基金會傑出青少年運動員選舉2023年第一季結果出爐，本會游泳運動員張浚諾及徐浩邦獲頒傑出青少年運動員獎項，以表揚其卓越成績。
浚諾及浩邦於意大利的利尼亞諾薩比亞多羅2023 Citi世界殘疾人游泳系列賽綜合殘障青少年組中發揮出色。浚諾勇奪男子200米自由泳金牌及男子100米蝶泳銀牌；而浩邦則於男子200米自由泳贏得一面銅牌，因而獲選為「傑出青少年運動員」。

Organised by the Hong Kong Sports Institute, title sponsored by Shine Tak Foundation, sponsored by the Sports for Hope Foundation (SFHF) and supported by the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC) and the Hong Kong Sports Press Association (HKSPA), the Outstanding Junior Athletes Awards (OJAA) 2023 was held yesterday recognizing the achievements of outstanding local junior athletes under the age of 19 on a quarterly basis. The result of the Awards 1st Quarter 2023 was announced. Our athletes CHEUNG Chun Lok and CHUI Ho Bon Samuel were awarded in recognition of their excellent performance in the quarter.
CHEUNG Chun Lok and CHUI Ho Bon Samuel were named OJAA by their outstanding performance at Lignano Sabbiadoro 2023 Citi Para Swimming World Series. Chun Lok captured a gold and a silver medal in the 200m Freestyle and 100m Butterfly in the Multi-Disability Youth Group respectively while Ho Bon won a bronze medal in the 200m Freestyle, Multi-Disability Youth Group.
